Within 21 days of the Cabin Crew course beginning attendees are not entitled to a refund, however we can move you to another course date for a small admin fee of 20 eur. Refunds of any eBook/ online course being purchased, may not get a refund.
If you were unable to attend our Cabin Crew course and did not let us know with 21 days before the course starts we will not be able to give you a refund.
How to be cabin crew will not provide a refund based on the purchaser’s performance in the actual assessment stage or if they decide not to attend part or all of the course.
If you are seen to be disrupting the course, or do not follow instructions by the How to be cabin crew trainers; you may be asked to leave and are will not be eligible for a refund.
In the rare event of a course being cancelled, How to be cabin crew will not be able to provide refunds for travel or accommodation expenses. We will however arrange to transfer all attendees to the next available course.
How to be cabin crew products will inform and guide the purchaser in respect of their actual assessment stage, but they do not guarantee an interview or a successful outcome.

We reserve the right to amend this policy at anytime without prior notice to you or your company unless such notification is required under RO legislation. The most up-to-date copy of this policy will always be available at our website.
